Conducted competitor analysis in the jewelry industry in NY, built personas, conducted user interviews, mapped the customer journey, and analyzed insights to develop effective branding strategy and PR/marketing strategy.
Interviewed about 20 people including the founder’s friends, loyal customers, retail partners and employees to understand the brand’s core values and identity.
