Formed a project team to conduct Market / Data Analysis and User-Centric Insights Research.
Analyzed and visualized the company's financial data, including inventory, sales by product over time to inform sales trends.
Discussed company’s direction in terms of operation, production and sales.
Conducted marketing and design research building persona, interviewed to understand their needs and pains, journey mapping, competitor analysis and identifying key insights. Based on the insights, we proposed PR strategies to increase their brand awareness in the market.
Created two-pager of the brand to reach out to potential collaborators including stylists, photographers, influencers etc.
Conducted interviews with loyal customers, business partners, and staff to rediscover core brand values.
